I thought for weeks on how to create the ears for my Yoda. I decided to
create my own using almond bark. I also made ears by cutting the edges
off of a ginger snap - each ginger snap made a set of ears. Make sure
that you allow your chocolate to cool prior to dipping your yodas if you
are using almond bark ears. I learned the hard way. That is why I
resorted to ginger snaps, until I figured out that once the chocolate
cooled, it worked GREAT!!!!! I used a tic tac for the nose. I didn't
spend a lot of time making the face - just simple! I combined white and
dark green candy melts to create a light green.
